Upcoming Dates

31 July

Presenters are required to register for the conference and submit their full paper (as an abstract, extended abstract, or paper using the provided template) by 31 July to reserve their presentation spot.

31 August

Every author is kindly requested to upload their presentation and a short CV (5-10 lines, in English). The name of the presentation should begin with the last name of the presenting author.

15 - 31 August

The session moderator and the authors are invited to communicate about the session, including presentation times, Q&A procedures, and session and presenter introductions.

Key Details

Session Timing and Organization

The normal session time is 1hour 30 minutes (90 minutes), covering 5 papers.

  • 1-2 minutes are reserved for the initial introduction of moderator and session.
  • 15 minutes are available for each presentation slot, including:
    • 1 minute: the introduction and presentation of author by moderator;
    • 15 minutes: the presentation itself (speaking time allowed to the presenter);
    • 2 minutes: questions.

Please be respectful of your session colleagues so they have equal time. Additional questions and discussion with attendees should be moved to the break following the session.

Material Preparation and Presentation

  • The oral presentation should be in English and include:
    • the objectives of the presentation
    • development of major points
    • conclusion, recommendations, or considerations for future works/implementation.
  • The PowerPoint presentation:
    • must be in English
    • must include on the first slide: paper title, author(s) name and affiliation
    • may use the presenters desired template
    • must be no more than 25 Mbytes
    • must be widescreen format (16:9)
    • should have a reasonable number of slides (plan 1-2 minutes per slide)
    • should use best practices for slide content and organization (e.g. limited number of lines and words, readable characters, visible pictures, simple background).
