Our keynote speaker, Dr. Norma Jean Mattei, P.E., will kick off the conference with insightful remarks drawing on her decades of industry experience.
An Emeritus Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of New Orleans, Dr. Mattei has held a wide variety of industry-leading positions, including serving on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC); on the Mississippi River Commission (MRC); as 2017 President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and much more.
